For over eight years, I’ve maintained a life free from alcohol—a journey that taught me more than I ever expected. Anxiety, stress, and the need to cope with life’s pressures were at the heart of my drinking. By understanding these triggers and addressing them directly, I was able to create a life rooted in clarity, balance, and purpose.
